Example of Interview Question

a) Organisational Skills:
     Please give us an example of how do you manage your daily work. Which tasks are priority Nr.1 and which tasks are      Nr.2.for you?

b) Team Working Skills:
     What do you understand under Team working? Please tell us about a situation form the past when a colleague of      yours made a mistake thatleaded to a big delay. How did you react in this situation?

c) Communication Skills:
     What do you thing are the most important tools to achieve effective communication?

d) Diplomatic Skills:
     Please let us know what can make you angry and what was the last reason that made you almost shouting in the      company?

e) Integrity and loyalty to the company
     Have you confronted unethical behavior from a colleague in the past? How did you react? Did you chose not to say      anything in order not to confront yourself with this colleague, or did you present the situation on a management      meeting?

      Q 1- Tell me about a time when you accomplished something significant that wouldn't have happened if you had not       been there to make it happen.

      Q 2- Tell me about a time when you had to discipline or fire a friend.

      Q3- Tell me what would you do in the following situation:
           You are leading a difficult team of 20 people and every day have to deal with complains from different people                  about each other. After analysing the situation you understand that there are personal problems between 2-3                  members in the team, which affects the whole atmosphere in the Team. Please describe the actions you will                  undertake.

g)Problem Solving:
      Q 1- What steps do you follow to study a problem before making a decision?

      Q 2- Describe for me a situation where you may have missed an obvious solution to a problem.

h)Communication and Interpersonal relationship:
      Q 1- Give an example of a time when you were able to successfully communicate with another person even when       that individual may not have personally liked you (or vice versa).

i)Work Quality/Reporting:
      Q 1- Did you find the work procedures good and well or not well designed in your previous company? Why? What       would you change if you could?

j)Motivation and Energy:
      Q 1- Give us examples of the biggest challenges you have faced and overcome?
      Q 2- What motivates you?
